To find our more and to reserve a seat (for which we suggest $20, or you can donate what you can afford), call the League office at 512-213-4511 (or cell, 512-657-2089). We'll have drinks and munchies on the bus and food is served in San Antonio following the event. Bring a light lawn chair if you don't want to stand.
Are you tired of San Antonio Water System trying to be the water warlord of Central Texas? Don't want to see San Antonio make their ratepayers pay through the nose (52% rate hikes) for Vista Ridge -- a game changer in Texas water policy moving us ever close to the disastrous "California Water Model?" We need you at this event!
You're welcome to drive there yourself and park at the Frost Bank parking lot at 100 W. Houston (at Main) OR the Bexar County Courthouse at 300 Delarosa (more here) and walk a very short block or so over to San Antonio City Hall at 100 Military Plaza.
Make sure you watch the video on our home page and sign the petition to the Governor and San Antonio Mayor Ivy Taylor. We will deliver these petitions to San Antonio City Hall on Tuesday.
