Moderated by Brendon Gibbons, Rivard Report

Speakers:  James Murphy Yes on Prop A (agreed)
Ron Nirenberg (declined), SAWS Berto Guerra (declined) to speak for the No campaign.
We have been assured that someone from the No campaign will show up!

Followed by a Cruz/O'Rourke debate watch (8 to 9 pm)
Doors open at 6:30.

Debate on Prop A is Ron Nirenberg's emergency

With or without the foot dragging by the No campaign, this debate will go on~

Watch our short video about this event!

Come early to get a table as space is limited. We will show a slide show on petition rights at this time.

We are also hoping to stream this event, but are making no guarnatees, so come on over!

LIV believes there has been a lack of serious and respectful debate on Propositions A, B and C.

LIV has a keen interest in Prop A as big supporters of citizens right to petition for public votes. It is the only tool in Texas that gives voters a check and balance on local government gone awry as San Antonio did with Vista Ridge (the San Antone Hose).

Be sure to watch our 2015 "I Oppose the San Antone Hose" video for background on Vista Ridge.

Video about why I Oppose the San Antone Hose

Central Texans' affordability and quality of life is under siege by water profiteers and their minions on government who believe rapid growth is just great. Who pays? You and the aquifers underlying us.

Note:  Texas is not one of the 24 states with petition rights at all levels -- it only exists at the municipal level.
