LIV believes there has been a lack of serious and respectful debate on Propositions A, B and C.
LIV has a keen interest in Prop A as big supporters of citizens right to petition for public votes. It is the only tool in Texas that gives voters a check and balance on local government gone awry as San Antonio did with Vista Ridge (the San Antone Hose).
Be sure to watch our 2015 "I Oppose the San Antone Hose" video for background on Vista Ridge.
Note: Texas is not one of the 24 states with petition rights at all levels -- it only exists at the municipal level.
